SISTAR, Giorgio Moroder - One More Day (2016)
SISTAR does not appear in the music video.
Giorgio Moroder (b. 1940-04-26) is an Italian producer considered to be the father of electronic dance and disco music. After an extended hiatus since 1992, he made his return to music after collaborating with Daft Punk for the song “Giorgio by Moroder” on Random Access Memories (2013).1
The two actresses in the video are Hong Soo Hyun and Song Hae Na. Hae Na was most recently a guest on the reality-variety show We Got Married as a good friend of Jin Kyung, one of the current participants in the show’s virtual marriages.
This song is part of MU:CON Collabo, “a project which fosters cross-country collaboration to encourage dynamic music market growth.”2 It was first revealed at the 2016-10-08 DMC Festival Asia Music Network Big Concert.3
Soyou learned Korean sign language (KSL) in middle school to be able to communicate with her disabled friends. There’s a lot of interesting things in sign language.
To celebrate the upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, the committee released the song “[Arari, Yo]” sung by Hyorin, along with a silly music video. The video was heavily criticized for being embarrassing and misrepresentative of the country. As of 2016-11-25, the video has a 1:24 like-dislike ratio on YouTube.4
