fromis_9 - Glass Shoes (2017)

fromis_9 was formed with the top nine students from the music survival show Idol School (2017).
The name fromis means “From Idol School” and is pronounced like “promise” (프로미스; peuromiseu).
The group’s name was originally without the trailing 9, i.e., fromis_.1
Jiwon was a participant on SIXTEEN (2015), a JYP music survival show that ultimately formed TWICE. She was eliminated before the final showcase and left JYPE after the show ended.2
